I'm Stafford Kayame, a passionate football coach with over 7 years of experience developing players and building competitive teams across Zambia. My coaching journey started in 2018, and since then, I’ve been committed to helping young footballers grow technically, mentally, and professionally.

My Skills

Whether it’s coaching competitive teams, consulting schools, or offering one-on-one player development, I bring energy, structure, and a love for the game into every session. My goal is simple: help every player grow, compete, and succeed in football and beyond.

Started as an interim coach and rose to Head Coach at Lusaka City Market Football Club. 2018: Won the Lusaka Amateur League Championship and promoted to Division 3 2019: Finished 2nd in Division 3, securing promotion to Division 2 2020: Achieved 3rd place in the Lusaka Cup
